I have seen OTC filings post on the weekend, but not sure about SEC/Edgar filings happening outside of business days.

Regardless, I'm certain it won't be over the weekend, or Henry would have already said so, and scheduled a zoom call.

He would have had to do it for tomorrow, since Sunday is not a day he would hold such a call.
