At least our shares will be taxed as Long term capital gains.

What Really sucks is the high Cali tax on top of that too.

Currently have a significant holding of PHIL in my Roth, which I was fortunate to have my father basically force me to open as soon as I could lol. Luckily Schwab let’s you buy OTCs with one, and I’m really thankful to have PHIL be a big part of that portfolio. If this goes half as well as expected, I’ll be a very happy camper (as I’m sure most people here would be.)
