$COWIHonestly it depends on how high (the current pps) price the qualified investors are willing to invest in COWI! Higher the pricing the less dilutive it shall have on the shareholders and COWI. Hope & Trust Lloyd will make the right and just decision! i still believe 1 cent is first target!
