Cervalo--Have serious concerns about receiving pro-rata share of any oil/gas monetization. Also same for $250M stock sale. Not transparent. Expect BIG HEIST. Too easy for folks to slide off to their personal benefit. They have up to 6 months to do what they do. The idea of a spinoff of assets they can't sell is ludicrous. Are we waiting for a dividend of a worthless spinoff???
