buzzard you are correct, the way management has allowed this to drop like a rock while sitting on their hands with no news just allows the market to bring it lower. as far as the market is concerned we have zero value. promises of cash dividend and new shares in a non existent company with zeros shareholder value. all this only provided one thing..management to raise 250million to pocket all while making shareholders believe in a good future value,
