As I said, there is a comment that stick based compensation covers multiple years. Yes, I know how to search.

The compensation there is inclusive of a broader category including consultants and others. They said they have given stock to an array of the relevant experts and consultants they would be utilizing in this process. Nowhere does that say this all went to LP or just management. 19.792 million went for R&D; and 32.163 million went to General and Administrative. That seems to be the totality.

I do not recall seeing large grants to management this new year in the form of Form 4s.

So if you’re going to make suggestions of bad behavior, you need to provide more detail before you try to criticize. Who exactly are you complaining was compensated?

Just referencing a general category like that when cash is tight and the process they are engaged in is complex and involves many key people with important skills. I have no idea at this point who got what, but I do not see this as indicating it was some sort of huge grab of shares by specific people.
