PRPM currently has an O/S of 13,164,585,761. That means Eddie will need at least twice that amount in BDGR shares --26.34 BILLION shares as of today-- to pay his promised 2 BDGR shares-for-each share of PRPM as "dividends"to them

That means BDGR's O/S will have to explode from its current 32.1 billion to 58.5 BILLION --at a minimum-- to make good on Eddie's promise.. That means issuing 100% of the 40 billion BDGR shares Eddie authorized back in February.. plus the printing and issuing an additional 18.5 billion!

Apparently he plans to compensate BDGR shareholders with his newly minted "crypto coin/ NFT tokens" which they can use to shop for "fabulous prizes" from his company store. I can't wait to see who walks away with Eddie "Van Gogh's" hand painted guitars!
