Legal options - too expensive, move on, goose appears to be cooked here. Bigger question is where do they go from here. What is the timeline. What are the financial requirements.

For the record, I think Snpw got screwed - going from preliminary approval to denial makes me think a piss poor job was done by the dd folks that issued the preliminary approval. With this said, it is what it is. What’s next. March on.
