He’s making the right decision by letting legal handle it while he moves on. He will circle back around and, if I had to guess, this Will get built and it will be built in the exact same location. However - IF he has to submit a new plan from the beginning, the new law would pertain to him. He MUST sue on THIS proposal. I’m sure his attorneys know this.
Meanwhile, we move forward. The second he announces a new deal, this moves fast so now’s the time to position yourself accordingly.
