#74605 RE: Exit6 #74599

I wonder what the legality is regarding when the buy back discussion can take place.

Hear me out with a hypothetical.....

Let's say Henry tweets on Monday that he is filing the Q's on Tuesday after market closes and will hold a zoom call 30 minutes after the Q's are filed.

He then files the Q's, which is enough to get the company current, but..........official current status is not granted by OTC Markets until days later.

So, Henry has the conf call 30 minutes after the Q's post, and my question is: Since the bought back shares would not be officially on the PHIL books 30 minutes after filing the Q's, and the company would not be current in the eyes of OTC Markets at that time either, can Henry actually say how many shares were bought back if they are not on the PHIL books and the company is not designated as current????

Or, does Henry have to wait until the day OTC Markets changes the level to current and/or the shares are officially transferred to the PHIL books?

Whew!

Answers please......
