Regading my previous post I'm responding to here, Tim has questionned where I got the 3.5 bil o/s shares of Preferred A if converted. I corrected to 2.5 bil (50 mil Preferred A authorized x 50 = 2.5 bil) if converted and my perception is not good for that possibility with little if any benefit to common shareholders from where I sit. Again, I pressed the Preferred stock dividend feature to common and Preferred B shareholders as a protection against any hostile takeover.
