The 8k's, the time and money RGBP invested in patents, lawyers, updates, licensing deals, sec filings, preferred share restructuring, the MRNA cancer vaccine patent today... really?? After all of that? You don't think 2 more measly filings will be sent in to get this company current in time? It's the easiest missing piece of the puzzle!
