Doesn't really matter now, but they sent a notice to shareholders of many non-current companies, saying they would not allow buying after 8-13-21, if still not current.

Some were freaking out, especially on ST, so Henry lowered the boom.

I am with etrade but apparently from what I read in a recent post here, they were sent a notice by TD ameritrade regarding Phil not being current and that in August sometime you will only be allowed to sell Phil and not buy if Phill is not current by then. These are the new SEC rules that will go into full effect sometime in September.
