One more point to consider --NOTHING can be maintained without rules - NOTHING. Thus as rules are formed, then whatever it applies to changes.
Even now from when this started, a louder and louder voice is saying :but really - how much THC is in this/that...what is the breakout etc....
The product in this case will (must period) at some point be defined. One could say that the organization that can apply all said rules, will always be the winner.
At the end of the day, if you are the ones making (or controlling-Hypur) the rules (regulations), then you will decide what goes where, esp. if you have a voice in how and why.
