If I were a chess player then I would also go out and see who is connected to him on LinkedIn (OTHER), then go out and verify those people (companies), to see if any links there to Hypur/OTHER - lol......and hint:).
Easiest way to really know a person/company, and what they are doing is to reach into all corners of what is them.
Horrible example - if I am making an omelet (a platform that accounts for all current rules), then I know certain things must happen, for that omelet to become (for that platform to function). Thus, you must identify all ingredients that will be used (who and how this new platform will be laid out – “who is in reference to others and their capabilities (current and future), and HOW it effects them (current and future).
One could say that if you made such a tasty omelet, that at some point you would rule the omelet world, thus at some point be forced (monopoly) to release it. If your intelligent, then you would be accounting for that piece even now.
But I digress, I mean if properly built, this platform could run anything, to include all classes of drugs, those legal, and those that are up and coming) through it, NOT just MJ.
Ok, so if we follow that line of reasoning then we would just have to alter current perception enough to FORCE the ones controlling that space now (DEA, and a million private contractors reporting to their companies that control that space = Billions). Bring the new ones in.
What would be gained? The billions used to fight it (DEA/contractors), plus all the taxes generated. Win?
For the old and the new to come together, that platform must be defined/designed in a way that leads to ----hint (is this why no PRs, and such?).
All that said, if you tweak your mind exactly right, you can see ire similarity to when “Air Space” had to be procured (by a company) to control said area *(coverages etc.…) to run your cell phones. Then later by the states (or coverage areas within state boundaries).
Bottom line – If Hypur does lay its head inside BLPG then you need to get 5 more wheelbarrows. If it does not and I understood what I am seeing and BLPG will now be a tag along with Hypur from state to state, then …. then…. then…. you still better get a few more wheel burrows.
