Should be interesting to see the details of the PPM
Usually those are for the Whale investors but you never know.
PMPG needs to raise cash to fulfill their aspirations with SRT as well as other JV's and purchases.
This could absolutely provide a great deal of help in that direction.
IMO this PPS will not be in the 4's much longer.
