Upon 2nd look at this could it be there were more than one deal? 1) To settle the case and 2) Where Atlantic Broadband made a separate deal to buy the patents? Or am I reading to much into this? Most unlikely I guess since it seemed to be the industry as a whole. I guess maybe they just decided to clean up the whole mess which seems it may indicate maybe a larger number to be expected? We're rooting for you Phil!!
