This CEO is notorious for over promising and under-delivering. The PR was probably the video he released of himself. Keep in mind the Integration with MS Outlook was promised in Nov./Dec. and accomplished in July. Amid the myriad of other promises that simple got swept under the carpet. He should run for public office next.
