Tisdal...don't forget that the additional shares being added is for future growth of the company. (per the Share Holders meeting)
It may have been "thought" to be a bad move, but it might turn for the better if you have more shares, at a lower price, putting it in the price range of many more investors. And yes I realize it kinda screws the long term investors as far as price per share, but makes up for it in the long run.
did that make any sense at all?
