we have no choice yet--be supportive

But as far as path not taken--do you wonder why, year after year, the ceo of a company would never take his own money and buy shares in his own company ??

I could swap « positive » for « negative » and obtain perfectly equivalent statements. This is typical when facts are completely missing in a work of art.

A couple facts to bring back rationality and reality into the picture:
- Cytodyn has more lawsuits than regulatory approvals - in fact it has more anything than approvals - whether it’s coffee pods, cars, interns, etc…
- Cytodyn has lavishly paid its execs while shareholders were getting lied to and burnt
- Its statistical results (I am a professional statistician and a scientist with 2 MS) are unethically presented, biased, and just wrong - it’s obvious to anybody with more than an introductory course in statistics
- I wrote about it for 12 months and yet could save nobody from this crash that was obvious to me - critics like me were always quickly dismissed as « bashers » without any further analysis
- Cytodyn missed all its deadlines despite claims to the contrary - every time lying/postponing for weeks while the stock was being heavily diluted
- Shortsellers on this group are the only ones who got 10 out of 10 predictions correct - an incredible performance if they were not telling the truth (how could you lie 10 times over an entire year yet be correct all along?)

This Cytodyn scam is a giant IQ test and the results are out there.

“I'm far more engaged in auditing the present and looking to CytoDyn's future stratagems being appropriate and carried out expeditiously.”

Here’s a present audit finding for you: the $11 million in lawsuit and arbitration settlements, along with CYDY attorney fees, is crushing the company’s cash position. What does that mean in terms of future strategy? More Fife loans.
