Hesitating to buy over hundredths of a cent is a fools game where PHIL stock is involved...thats my Opinion. Almost every share I own I bought on the ask. The potential here is mind blowing. Go for it today regardless of the PPS it is as close to a sure thing profit as ever existed in this lifetime.
