But this paragraph is brutal. It’s not worse than the last time you heard directly from the company with the whole “for sure no value for shareholders” thing, but man it’s bad. Real bad. It says the entire agreement between the parties exists within the APA, OTHER THAN maybe a CA or NDA. It certainly doesn’t say OTHER THAN a Share Purchase Agreement, that’s for sure.
