Assaulting the English language is not the answer. The key is comprehending what the entire paragraph says starting with OTHER THAN. OTHER THAN refers to agreements that are NOT the APA and would be in FAVOUR of BIOAMBER signed by the Purchaser. That is what the paragraph means. My apologies if that doesn't fit a narrative that shares are less than worthless. However it does fit what the Monitor reported in a Court document that the transaction is in the BEST INTEREST OF ALL STAKEHOLDERS (and was hidden from the public for months until they were called about it) and given that the Judge defined shareholders as STAKEHOLDERS it would again fit another transaction that would be in FAVOUR OF THE VENDORS BIOAMBER.
