No. You are incorrect. DBMM is not revoked and DBMM has not won ANYTHING.

WHY? Because the COMMISSION has decided to re-examine this case.

It has NOTHING TO DO with Foelak’s tenure or her standing.

It has NOTHING to DO with DBMM’s filing on time for the past three years.

It has EVERYTHING to do with Foelak’s incorrect determination that DBMM was compliant in filing, directly in the face of the opposite opinion of the Div of Corp Fin’s.

It has EVERYTHING to do with Foelak incorrectly applying the Section 12 (j) sanctioning regulations.
