Hard to believe they would sell only 348 shares. Kind of strange. But none the less if they are selling shares, it explains the pressure on the stock with this lower volume.

I suspect those 348 shares were NOT from the Shelf. I suspect those shares finished off the entire Lincoln Park deal.
