There is no sense pursuing this further.

Lawyers have a fiduciary duty to inform their clients of everything that goes on. EVERYTHING.

They can't withhold information from the shareholder group they represent - whoever that is. CANNOT !!

Also, if you and everyone else who keeps saying that things said on this board are being used by the defense, then you also must believe that lawyers getting $1000 an hour are too stupid to figure all this out for themselves, that they need the "wisdom" and "insight" and inside information from message board members to figure out what to do next.

I've read on countless other boards about how what is said on message boards matters. Lawyers may be a lot of things, but they forgot what most people on this board will ever know.
The defense knows everything about the status of UOIP corporately and the standing of shareholders collectively.

So, sure, let's leave it to them and let's not talk about anything because "they" might read what we say and infiltrate this board. Carter's "people are watching" ???

We will leave it to the attorneys who represent some shareholders even though they won't be telling them anything about the details of the case. It's all a secret.
