No. I’ll tell you what it “so literally” is.

Any belief that these sporadic trades now seen are ANY TYPE of accumulation by ANY TYPE of investor is totally incorrect.

It’s very “transparent” to me that any thinking along those lines is simply the desperate hopes of shareholders who are beginning to realize the hopelessness of their investment.
