can you also roughly calculate an MC of 300 + million usd ...
because these have to be paid back ...
So again roughly 25-30 cents pps

I did an analysis of Rocket Mortgage and their profit was 2.7% of the amount loaned.

GQG probably had net profit of between $10 and $15 million.

Here is an example from Rocket - "$103.5 billion loaned in the first quarter of 2021" and $2.8 Billion in profit.

So the profit was 2.7% of the amount loaned.

That is $13,500,000 in profit if GQG Loaned $500 million per year.

But GQC doesn't have access to Capital as cheap as does Rocket - they aren't as efficient etc so they probably have about $12 million in profit.
