Whatever the base number is, numbers can change in a day if they close a deal on a skyscraper, hotel or casino. Big companies do this like it is nothing because their share prices is 25 dollars and their loan volume is hundreds of billions, so shareholders aren’t paying attention to every loan that is made. Here every loan matters way more obviously because the next loan could in theory double the price rather than moving the price from 25.01 to 25.05 and only hearing about it when seeing it appear as part of a number in a quarterly report. It would be funny if Rocket mortgage tweeted every loan they made,’they don’t because they are expected to do that and it has less affect on SP in comparison all imo.
