Why does it matter to CT shareholders?
We don't care if some of the settlement comes from BNYM for non-performance, JPM or LBHI. That is for a Judge to decide.
It has been 13 years, 8 years over the deferment period with no accounting by LBHI or WGM or BNYM for delays.
At the very least, BNYM can hire someone to explain it to a Judge.
And for those posting they will hold shares and hope for an outcome without joining the suit, why hasn't the settlement occurred earlier?
Are you aware of all that has been done to protect the rights of the CT shareholders and enforce the prospectus without more legal challenges?
What is more time going to do for anyone except for more attorneys fees and fraud against CT shareholders?
Where are you going with this? It boggles the mind.
