Side, I've note seen anything yet, just commenting as to what I've seen in terms of intent. It makes sense to me, and that is why I've elected to provide my information. BNYM has failed us; that is one avenue in which to pursue recourse. The other is Lehman's responsibilities to live up to their prospectus... at least from my non-legal perspective.
