Exactly right. Conferences, conference calls, etc. have for the most part, taken OTC stocks down during, and directly after. People expect news for some reason, and NOTHING is allowed to be announced other than in a PR directly from the company. This conference with James will just be a question and answer, but nothing can be announced without it coming directly from a company PR.
