Yes it has been a long long time and we have no else to blame really other than ourselves for getting into this sordid mess in the first place.
Johnson is the salesman selling a story over the years he had little choice to sell due to all the empty promises he had to make (read "encouraged" by Lopehandias) to keep folks interested. (other than the motivation for his millions of shares he paid himself over the years).
Still the fight is ongoing and it may lead to something.
The excitement for most shareholders is much more subdued if it exist at all because we are all much older now and the time elapsed has dulled our lust for the MILLIONS and MILLIONS we had anticipated as a reward to support our families.
Too much has been continually promised with no real assessment given to the powers at hand, namely the high level corruption of the forces guiding this from the Barrick side of things.
If one attempts to understand the ramifications of a negative court process for Barrick and all involved it can really boggle the mind.
I say Boggle away!
