Why is it a scam

It's a growing company, that's expanding internationally and has millions of dollars in sales

When I think scam I think of paper companies that don't exist - this company very much exists and is actually growing

These are the dog days of a growing REAL company that overstretched on guidance. The PPS is frustrating all of us. But "scam" is a silly thing to say. The PPS declining is not evidence of a scam. Come on now.
