Likewise, when I said I would hold at least a year that was due to Tax reasons on capital gains. I am perfectly happy and content holding for much longer due to the information about the new company and their one year goals for us. Folks we are sitting on a gold mine here. We will see more buying today after the plate is set for more shares available on the sell side (mindless profit taking). Ask yourselves where you think the PPS on this stock will be in about 2 weeks/month. Much higher. JMO

Just a thought...you might want to buy penny shares in a RothIRA where all gains are tax free. It's where I have my shares of multiple penny stocks
