Dude are you kidding me. That is hilarious. Do you have any idea how SEC investigations work. Do you really believe Joe Schmo investor calls the SEC with a complaint and they act on it that day. Unless you have a complaint that Bill Gates has offshore money and is insider trading, your complaint about a market maker in a sub penny stock is actually ignored by the SEC.
