Heck, the new trial date alone could be after the new year, especially if Andrews has a full calendar.

Too many bad (unanticipated) beats in my portfolio over the past two years.
Appeals scare me - especially when they order new trials, because then the whole game starts anew.

Yep, 3 days or so until we find out if this was another delay tactic by the 13. We might actually be better off by going back to trial. We get to fix any problems that came up with Covid, and we get full dollar, rather than some smaller negotiated settlement. I can live with an appeal, I dont think they will get much to appeal on Judge Andrews.
