The huge accumulation and trajectory of the chart would disagree hugely. This is headed higher regardless. And the tech is there and their tech is already on collaboration w astute universities. The financial statements are the same as 8000 other OTC companies trading subpenny so that argument is 100% moot ooops watch and learn from the best ;-)
