You make the argument that the low dose should be approved now. If the higher dose shows less effect (possible - not likely IMO) then why wait to decide if approval should be high or low dose?
Approve low dose now and in the event the higher dose is better then expand the approval. No need to wait if low dose is working. So many will benefit now.
I hope TGD and company are thinking and acting along these lines. Low dose effective then approve the low dose.
