Truth and Accuracy are dear to my Heart and if you can pin-point where I have failed in this regard, I'll gladly correct it...
You see, I have known McBride from early on, January 2000 to be exact... I had Faith in and spoke highly of him... Little did I know he was a compulsive LIAR - that is he LIES, even when it's NOT NECESSARY and that he only cares about his own interests, while trampling those of the Shareholders...
It's time that a thorough Discovery of his Business and affairs takes place - for example, we'll soon find out what he did with the Cash he Pilfered from SEVU's Till - and that a Judge renders an independent Opinion on the matters at hand...
My best guess, is that even you are going to be astonished and I wouldn't be surprised if the Civil case led to Criminal investigations and Charges... Won't do any good to his Probation for Felony Fraud...
