FG, your twists are simply not knowing the facts behind the scenes, which I don't expect you to know, hell I don't even know them!!! Your comments on this and Rich being a scam are simply not based on all the facts. SeaView and Rich have chosen to not reveal these except to the SEC and the courts if required. Nobody here really knows the financing that has been put up to keep SeaView debt free and it is none of our business.
I was also puzzled by the heading listing the sales and income numbers while looking at the numbers in the 10Q. I am an engineer and hate how accountants can manipulate numbers, so I don't try to understand it.
Unfortunetaly SeaView and Rich leave themselves open to these 1/2 truth/ 1/2 lies that A@P or FG can manipulate. But, thankfully SeaView is concentrating on making money, which will eventually quiet all this rubish. I truely do understand how this looks, it is easy to question the morals of SeaView and Rich and head down the doubting path, which acts like a snowball rolling downhill. I feel as an engineer I can objectively look at both sides of this nightmare, but unfortunately I am also labelled an insider. Inside information is just that, inside, and that is where it will stay. SeaView, Rich, and I do not share the same doom and gloom you preach, even though that is how you perceive the facts.
You are right that there are some very good questions that need answering, but don't expect anything public. Faith is a very difficult thing and the past 18 months have not been great faith builders!!!! Some people will believe in the company and others will not no matter what proof is given. I am sure somebody will rag on the SEC and cry foul when they find nothing significant wrong with SeaView.
