Have just checked Cox website to confirm they are not a public company...found no link there for investor relations. Thus, confirms my former thought , that Cox was privatley heald. So what? they'll not be filing anything with anyone & so we will have no idea of any numbers. By pulling the motion they made they postphoned the other publickly held companies from haveing to report in the 2Q thu pushing the pain into the future once again.However i don't think Andrews is going to allow them to drag this ut much longer...he's not a happy camper at this point.
