Thats 3,000,000 plus more shares added and in addition to what they already have. Like retail...Institutions are loaded in anticipation for CE to PINK to DBOOM. Can you imagine thats not even counting naked shorts which ultimately cant stay naked for long. Thats a lot of money to be made should this hit a dollar plus and a lot of higher covering by naked short team.
