My opinion on the carrot scenario. If it was a carrot to hold out there, I think they would have had a month wait, or right before the supposed close…. Doing it in a week, or a little longer makes it a Yes or a No almost immediately. As for the 1 million shares added, it looks like it was added to the restricted, so they didn’t sell them into open market, that doesn’t change the fact that it was added to the SS, but it didn’t change the float any.
