I hear ya. It remains to be seen. They either follow through with common share buyback or they continue to say another week or so we will provide information on the buyback (pushing the carrot out). The week or so timeframe could just be being used to create buying now. Using the month or so would create less buying pressure now. It is in their hands. I hope they do the right thing and act on their words.
