Walther didn't put a single thing into this company. He ran it strictly as a vehicle with which to defraud people. First he defrauded shareholders, then he defrauded Adelstein and Scivoletto. Finally, he defrauded others by taking many 10s of thousands in shareholder loans for legal costs.
Yet the pending patent was abandoned for non-payment and, in addition, many of his attorneys petitioned the court for permission to abandon IFUS legal cases for non-payment and were granted court permission to do so.
So, where did all the money go? And how was it raised and from whom?
Walther is a crook and surrounds himself with other crooks and sycophants. If one has a wish to lose all their money, this is the place to do it.
