DBMM IS NOT CURRENT!

Wishing they are will not MAKE them CURRENT.

BOTH divisions of the SEC (Div of Corp Fin's and Div of Enforcement) have REPEATEDLY SAID that DBMM IS NOT COMPLIANT in FILINGS!
