Meh - I don’t believe anything he says. In any case though, yeah we’re at least 6 months from any PR that matters and a decade or more from having any significant revenue to increase cap.
It’s too bad so many folks think this is the next big thing for OTC 2021 but hopefully someday it will be a good hold.
