Why isn't the actual improvement after 5 years 29% (62.7-48.6) ÷ 48.6 just as the phase II study results were calculated?? (63.2-47.5) ÷ 47.5 = 33% If so... what would overall improvement be for the endpoints?????
Is it possible they mistakenly used the point difference as a % increase instead of calculating an actual % increase?? ??
I have no issue with that belief in immuno prior to chemo. But here Multikine was used prior to chemo, so do not see how this trial suggests it as true.
Also, the company has stated the MOA as something that at least primarily work quickly to help prior to surgery, so no reason for chemo to matter at all.
Until the full data (or at least true TLD) comes out any supposition that the data presented to date is positive is not warranted.
