I would politely push back on the notion that an "unworthy" company will end up taking over this shell. The entire reason why people initially chose BLUU was due to Intersection Capital courting companies meeting their criteria. Existing 8 figure revenue, growth sector vertical, etc. This should run to .02 at the VERY least, if not even beyond .04 at the apex.
